Power Point Freebie
Since I don't have a TPT store, my free resources are a little different than most of the others. I love all the free and "for purchase" things available at TPT, but I often find myself just searching for a whole put-together lesson that has been tested out on real students and that I know will work. One that I won't have to think about too much, just implement and follow the directions. Here is my attempt at such a lesson, I hope you will find it useful. So here are the steps for getting your students to create a great  power point presentation. Here goes:
introduce power point whole group -  how to start, add slides, insert clipart, etc . demonstrate on your smartboard.
Students fill out the organizer and then transfer the information onto the slides.
Add clipart. Bing.com images is unblocked at my school and is a great resource also.
Have students save work - my students save under their own log-in.
Present to class.
Using an organizer has made such a difference in getting the power points completed in an organized manner. And there are all sorts of organizers you can use. We did one called "all about me", "states", "animals". Here are the organizers I used and the websites they correspond with - this is my "freebie".

I found this one on the internet
